cookies in the oven

I was baking cookies in the oven and Wren came up and looked in the oven -- he didn't know I was watching and I could see him thinking. Then he said, "No!" Then he said, "Hot!" THEN he opened a kitchen drawer, took out an oven mitt, put it on, and was proceeding to go to the oven to get out those cookies!
