It's still grey and lazy-seeming today, but I feel a bit more motivated. I'm going to try to put Wren's crib back together so he's not sleeping in the Pack and Play all the time. I miss the taller surface to lay him down, pick him up, and dress him on! Our crib got scraped in the move but someone is coming to fix it soon.
Wren does look like he's enjoying himself, though!
Lacey is also enjoying herself here. She is a little weirded out by everything being different, and I think she misses us more when we're out of the house, but she likes looking out the window. I haven't observed many wild critters outside our window, but I do see them down the street and along the path behind us. I've seen rabbits, squirrels (the little grey kind like in St. Louis), and lots of birds. I have seen many goldfinches and yesterday I think I saw a bluebird, and also an amazing looking bird that looked like a bright orange finch! Lacey is hoping to see these too, but mostly I think she's seen people driving cars and riding bikes and walking their dogs. Lots of people in our little area here seem to have animals living with them.
Time to get off the computer. What are you up to?
