We had a great time at Scott's birthday party in the parlor of the Mar Main. Thanks, everyone, for coming! What a neat gift idea. It was moving to see everyone's name on the card, and it's true, sometimes it does "take a village to distract a graduate student."
We hope you had as much fun as we did. Scott and I sure are going to miss all our friends when we move from South Bend.
